The rooms are clean and the design is nice; i love the headboards that extends up the wall and across the ceiling. One rater described them as futuristic and I would agree; I've never saw one this shape and it was also like a reptile type of texture to it. It has a great location for many of things in walking distance- we walked to Saks off Fifth in less than 20 minutes. Anything u want to eat or shop is in walking distance. The community is safe and people were friendly as we were out walking and exploring the Sunset Park area of Brooklyn. Ubers arrived pretty quickly to this location. It's a nice touch to have food on location though we didn't utilize their services. We got stuck in NY due to weather and this place was the best bargain yet was far from a budget looking hotel. Plenty of towels and toiletries and the cleaning staff kept things tidy. Nice strong shower and a beautiful view from the window. Plenty of channel options on thw TV if u want to stay in. I was able to extend my checkout 2 hrs with no extra fee, last minute, and i truly appreciate that. Booking never steers me wrong- there were no hidden fees at checkout. I will definitely be back if in the NY area. I think the location is very smart

I had interactions with four different staff members and they were all so nice, professional, and helpful. That was really what made my stay. The lobby and breakfast area are pretty nice. Breakfast also looked decent. I like that the room had tile and not carpet and the hotel was pretty quiet even though I was off the lobby, which was a surprise. Great pillows. Great cable selection. I'm so happy that this hotel is in Sunset Park. The area needs more nice hotels!

First of all great location. Right in the heart of Brooklyn NY neighborhoods ( great 24 hour diner nearby too. (Sunset Park diner)I stayed overnight before my cruise out of Bayonne the next day. Love the hotel great boutique feel, decor, clean well appointed rooms etc. etc location. Especially the staff . Special mention to Edwin front desk and Ahrora in Restaurant/Bar area . Great breakfast comfortable room, great view of skyline. Convieantly located walking distance to neighborhoods I visited such as Williamsburg etc. The only negative not alot of parking if you arrive in your own car everything else great. Staying at Wyndham next year for my next Jan cruise from Bayonne.

I stayed 1 night. Location is nice. I like the fridge. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. They gave me an extra wash rag. Hamza, the front desk attendant was so nice and informative. Parking is there but just have to book in advance. Ice machine, vending machine & ATM machine are on the 2nd floor.

Nice clean and cozy room. Nice bed, beautiful bathroom sink, shower toilet. I found everything I need in the room, safe, closet, hangers, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, iron table, coffee machine

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the location is a bit far from the main Manhattan area in NY but it has very good access to 2 subway stations which make it easy to reach the main tourist areas in NY within 45 minutes.

Room was very clean and decorated in a fun way, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The unexpected bonus was that, not only was parking reasonably priced, but I was always able to get a spot right outside the front door, which is amazing for anywhere in NYC.
